Musician and producer Eduardo Fernández presented his first solo album “Pólvora” in early 2015. The latter was recorded in Insular Studio and mastered in Buenos Aires at Eduardo Bergallo´s studio by the engineer in mastering Max Scenna, who has worked with artists such as Gustavo Cerati, amongst others.
He released his first official single and video entitled “Swimming in the asphalt” directed by Jose Aguirre Maldavsky, which includes the participation of the notorious national actor of the series “The 80” Tomas Verdejo.
During February and early March 2015, the artist had a major European tour that took him to perform in cities like Madrid (Spain), Bilbao, Ortuella (Basque Country), Montpellier and Paris (France), and where he shared the stage with bands like Sonic Angel (Montpellier).
During his stay in Paris he recorded a video for his second single “Stop disasters”; this was recorded by renowned Chilean director based in France J.G.BIGGS who has worked with artists such as Culture Club, Katy Perry, Saian Supa Crew, Nina Simone amongst many others.
In May 2015 he released his third single “Somos3” next to a video compilation of his European tour.
In late September the artist played in different cities of Mexico as a guitar support to the Chilean band “Tenemos Explosivos”, where he also had the opportunity to show his album in different Mexican clubs.
The band for long duration shows of Eduardo Fernandez is formed by Rodrigo Millan on drums and vocals, David Silva on bass, Jose Aguirre on guitar and keyboards and Eduardo Fernandez on vocals and guitar. Eduardo is currently preparing his second album to be released in mid-2016 and preparing a new tour called #PuñalTour, which will start in late March in Vancouver (Canada) and then continue in Seattle, Portland and Olympia (USA).
